What we collect

What you send us. When you fill out a form on this site, like a contact form or a studio rental inquiry, we receive what you enter. That’s usually your name, email, phone number, company, and details about your project or booking. If you email us directly, we get whatever you include in that email.

What your browser shares automatically. Like most websites, ours gets basic technical information when you visit: your browser type, device, the pages you viewed, how you found us, and roughly where you’re visiting from. We use Google Analytics and Webflow Analyze to look at this in aggregate, such as which pages get traffic and which projects people watch. These tools help us understand how the site is used. They don’t tell us who you are.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, quote and plan projects, schedule studio bookings, and work with you if we end up making something together. We use the technical information to keep the site running and to improve it.

We don’t use your information to target you with ads around the internet.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information to anyone.

We do rely on a few service providers to run the business:

• Webflow hosts our website, processes form submissions, and provides site analytics on our behalf.
• Google provides Google Analytics.
• Vimeo hosts the videos embedded on our site.
• We also use standard business tools for email and scheduling.

These providers handle your information to provide their services to us, under their own privacy policies.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our team, or our studio.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. Some help the site work properly. Others help our analytics tools count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones.

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage information, which Google processes under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

All videos on this site play through Vimeo’s player. Vimeo may set its own cookies and collect viewing information when you load or play a video. That’s covered by Vimeo’s privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we need it to work with you and to keep reasonable business records. After that, we delete it or stop using it.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, though, so please don’t send us anything highly sensitive, like passwords or payment card numbers, through a web form.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve sent us. Email us, and a real person will handle it.

Our site links to other places, like social media and client work. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
